$18,000 for working mum

Mum returning to the workforce after (5) years discovered she had been paid at the incorrect classification previously. We were able to go back (5) years to claim her a sum of $18,000.

(The IR Act states that an employee or employer can go back within (6) years for any under/over payment.

Karen from Fix My Pay provided a high level of service with excellent results!

After a simple registration process, Karen was able to quickly ascertain the issues surrounding my pay scheme (a complex system which I have never been able to understand) and acted on my behalf to claim the wages owed to me. Karen kept me updated and informed, and I knew that she was working hard on my behalf.

After a long and lengthy process (nearly 6 months in total), the wages were paid into my account – simple as that! Best of all, I did not have to do a thing. Karen did it all for me with minimal fuss and maximum results.

Thank you Karen. You helped me when I could not get a result for myself. I am grateful and would highly recommend her service to anyone needing help in getting what is owed to them.

$5,000 for terminated manager

Manager long term role and was terminated overnight and not much money to show for his efforts. We got back $5,000 as the employer didn’t factor in LSL for over (5) years in NSW.

Quite emotional time for him and we were able to return the money within 24hrs from a letter sent by FMP. Employer mentioned it was a slight oversight.

I was recently terminated by my employer after 6 years of loyal service only to find I had not been paid all my entitlements, I was experiencing some difficulty in how I would negotiate this anomaly as I did not know how to start, I contacted Fix My Pay and spoke with Karen Howe.

Karen soon put my mind at ease and together we drafted a letter to my employer. Once Karen made contact with my employer, their response was so quick, they apologised for their “oversight” and assured me that the money owed to me will be in my nominated account that evening.

The money was in fact in my account as promised. I thank Karen and Fix My Pay for their professional way they conduct their business. I highly recommend this service and would not hesitate encouraging others to speak with karen should they need to address any issues regarding their pay.

Thank you for your Holistic approach in dealing with my case, you not only fixed my pay, but took care of my personal well being too, I was vunerable, and unaware of my rights, you took the time to care for me too and put my mind at ease, thank you.

$12,000 for petrol station attendant

Petrol station attendant was stressed when she called as she didn’t know her rights in regards to her position if a company sold the business and she was being sold out at over $20,000 per year less. Meaning all leave entitlements would be at the decreased amount. We recommended a redundancy which we were able to achieve for her in the sum of $12,000.
