$18,000 for working mum

$5,000 for terminated manager

Manager long term role and was terminated overnight and not much money to show for his efforts. We got back $5,000 as the employer didn’t factor in LSL for over (5) years in NSW.

Quite emotional time for him and we were able to return the money within 24hrs from a letter sent by FMP. Employer mentioned it was a slight oversight.

$12,000 for petrol station attendant

Petrol station attendant was stressed when she called as she didn’t know her rights in regards to her position if a company sold the business and she was being sold out at over $20,000 per year less. Meaning all leave entitlements would be at the decreased amount. We recommended a redundancy which we were able to achieve for her in the sum of $12,000.
